Welcome to Level 2 with ASL Pinnacle! This course is designed for students who have completed Levels 1A and 1B, or equivalent coursework, and continues with an immersive, voice-off approach. Students will expand their vocabulary and apply it to more complex conversations using appropriate ASL grammar and structure.
Topics include classifiers, describing physical attributes, hobbies and leisure activities, and discussing major U.S. cities and states. By the end of the course, students will demonstrate increased confidence, fluency, and comprehension in ASL, laying the groundwork for advanced-level coursework.
At the end of the course, you’ll complete a Comprehension Assessment. A score above 70% qualifies you to advance to Level 3.
