Brain signed rather fast for me the first time I watched through. I knew that he was talking about his experiences and what he made as a welder, but there were some signs that I did not recognize. His finger spelling was rather fast and because of the shape of his fingers, it was harder for me to understand which letters where which. That is not his fault in anyway, that is a problem with my understanding and perception. I then watched the video again with closed captions and the signs that I did not recognize became clearer. I still have a lot to learn in terns of signs, sentences and comprehension. But it was very interesting to see Brain’s work. I really liked how Brian used position changes to list things and talk about differences. His facial expressions were very expressive, which made understand his story much clearer.
