I did have difficulty understanding the video the first time because the signer did not follow the exact sequence of describing a house. Instead, he followed the video which jumped around from scene to scene. After the fourth time of watching the video, I was able to understand him. There didn’t seem to be any transitions. Maybe I’m wrong? Anyway, having the video playing while the signer was signing did help with my comprehension in the end.
